SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing & shipping time: 3–5 business days
  • No express or overnight shipping available
  • Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships
  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout

PRODUCT DETAILS (BAGS & ACCESSORIES)

  • If you select a bag listed with accessories, it will include items such as scarves, charms, or chains
  • If a bag is shown without accessories, it will not include any add-ons
  • Please carefully review product images and descriptions to ensure you select the correct style

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.
